Family get together

I had a choice of events to attend on Sunday. I chose to attend a family get together with my sister's family because it would be my first opportunity to meet several members her partner's family. I am glad that I did as it gave me the opportunity to enjoy talking with these people.
As I am still just starting off in my new business, I love sharing my experiences with other people, especially those who would already like to know more about me. I also feel grateful for what several of these people shared about their lives and for giving me the opportunity to enjoy learning from them. For me, I now feel so alive being away from the isolation of my previous career.
